Tommy — Founder & Experience Curator
Tommy founded Sail & Stay Privé with a simple belief: the best sailing holidays are never built around a yacht, but around the people on board.
Drawing on years of skippering in the Greek islands, he personally designs each journey by matching the right yacht, crew, islands and pace to every group. His role isn't simply to organise a holiday, but to create an experience that feels effortless from the first conversation to the final farewell.
Filippos – Trusted Yacht Partner
Filippos is one of Sail & Stay Privé's trusted yacht management partners. Through his close relationships with yacht owners and his meticulous approach to yacht operations, he helps ensure that every yacht under his care reflects the standards our guests expect.

Andreas – Island Host & Local Curator
Born and raised on Naxos, Andreas opens the door to the island beyond the guidebooks. From seamless arrivals and local introductions to hidden beaches and authentic tavernas, he helps every guest experience the Cyclades through the eyes of someone who truly belongs there.
His local knowledge transforms time ashore into a natural extension of life at sea.
Konstantina – Private Chef
Konstantina believes that memorable meals begin long before guests sit at the table. Inspired by the flavours of the Cyclades and the rhythm of each journey, she creates fresh, seasonal menus that bring people together, whether anchored in a quiet bay or enjoying dinner beneath the stars.
